Caterpillar Class visited Kiplin Hall's Christmas Event; A Time Travellers Christmas. The children had fun travelling through time and learning about Christmas. They loved exploring the house which they learned was 400 years old. They experienced a Victorian Christmas, including a beautifully decorated tree before travelling to America to see a thanksgiving feast.  They also discovered what Christmas was like during WWII in the 1940s, as well as in the 1970s and 1990s. 

Finally, their learning in Science was enhanced through a short woodland walk to see what wildlife they could spy in the pond hide.
